Water Fitness - Workout on Your Own

Work out at your own pace is dedicated to members who want to perform aerobic exercises in the water. Participants must be prepared to work out by themselves; no instructor will be available. All participants must bring their own equipment. Water shoes are strongly recommended.


Prior to your first visit, please take some time to review our rules and policies here.  Policies are subject to change to due changing conditions and regulatory procedures.  It is highly recommended that members come to the YMCA ready to swim.
