TRX® Training Sessions

                          TRX® (Total Resistance Exercises) is a form of suspension training that use body weight exercises to develop balance, core stability, flexibility and strength. The TRX® Suspension trainer is used as a tool throughout the training session to challenge your core to stabilize your movements against the force of gravity.


Small Group Training

Sessions :  4/2/25 to 5/7/25  & 5/14/25 to 6/18/25

  • Day: Wednesdays 
  • Times: 9:15am – 9:00am
  • Fee: $65.00 for one 6-week session

Pre-Registration is required (5 registrants max) (must have at least 3 registrants to run the program)
