TRX® Training Sessions

                          TRX® (Total Resistance Exercises) is a form of suspension training that use body weight exercises to develop balance, core stability, flexibility and strength. The TRX® Suspension trainer is used as a tool throughout the training session to challenge your core to stabilize your movements against the force of gravity.


Winter Session Opens on 12/1/23

  • Session 11/10/24-2/14/24 & Session 2:  2/21/24-3/27/24
  • Day: Wednesdays 
  • Times: 8:15am – 9:00am OR 9:15am – 10:00am
  • Fee: $65.00 for one 6-week session

Spring Session 

  • Session 14/10/24-5/15/24 & Session 2:  5/22/24-6/26/24
  • Day: Wednesdays 
  • Times: 8:15am – 9:00am OR 9:15am – 10:00am
  • Fee: $65.00 for one 6-week session

Pre-Registration is required (5 registrants max) (must have at least 3 registrants to run the program)
