TRX® Training Sessions
TRX® (Total Resistance Exercises) is a form of suspension training that use body weight exercises to develop balance, core stability, flexibility and strength. The TRX® Suspension trainer is used as a tool throughout the training session to challenge your core to stabilize your movements against the force of gravity.
Spring Session
- Session 1: 4/10/24-5/15/24 & Session 2: 5/22/24-6/26/24
- Day: Wednesdays
- Times: 8:15am – 9:00am OR 9:15am – 10:00am
- Fee: $65.00 for one 6-week session
Pre-Registration is required (5 registrants max) (must have at least 3 registrants to run the program)
