B-Board® Workout

Created in 2018, B-BOARD® WORKOUT is the new dry land small group fitness program inspired by paddle boarding, mixing different types of technics such as H.I.I.T, Pilates and Yoga.

The B-BOARD® is a patented balance exercise device on which any exercises can be performed, and which serves to increase a person’s ability to incorporate innate balance into either your standard or balance focused workout routines.

4 Week Session

  • Session 1: 1/10/23 to 2/2/23
  • Session 2: 2/7/23 to 3/2/23
  • Session 3: 3/6/23 to 3/30/23

Dates:

  • Tuesday: 6:30am – 7:15am or 8:30am – 9:15am 
  • Wednesday: 8:15am – 9:00am or 5:30pm – 6:15pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am -9:15am or 9:30am – 10:15am

Fee:

  • 1 class a week for six weeks – $60
  • 2 classes a week for six weeks – $100
  • 3 classes a week for six weeks – $130

Pre-Registration is required (9 registrants max)-(must have at least 2 registrants to run the program)
