Summer Camp T-Shirt

Each camper registered for Y-Zone Summer Camp (1st through 6th Grade) will receive (1) One FREE T-shirt when registering.

Camp T-shirt must be worn to camp each day.

In order to pickup your t-shirts all health documentation needs to have been submitted.

Universal Health Form

All required health documentation must be submitted to [email protected] prior to June 1st. After this date a $100 late fee will apply.

T-Shirt colors:

• 1st grade – Grey
• 2nd grade – Red
• 3rd grade – Gold
• 4th grade – Royal Blue
• 5th/6th grade – Tye Dye (blue, grey & white)

T-Shirt sizes:

• Youth small (6-8)
• Youth medium (10-12)
• Youth large (14-16)
• Adult small
• Adult medium
• Adult large

Camp T-Shirts Available for Pickup

Camp t-shirts will be available for pickup at the YMCA, located at 79 Horsehill Road

• Monday, June 16th to Thursday, June 19th.
• Pickup hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Important: In order to receive your t-shirt(s), you must have submitted your child’s Universal Health Form.
