Spring Pickleball Tournament

Tournament to be held Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the GMYMCA gymnasium. 

Individual category times to be posted at a later date

Tournament for Members and Non-Members 18+ Only.  

Registration closes on May 3, 2025

Registration fee:

• Members – $35 per category and is non-refundable.
• Non Members – $55 per category and is non-refundable.

100% of the proceeds go towards The Special Olympics of New Jersey

Players may pick their own partner

Tournament Coordinator has complete discretion and reserves the right to adjust/combine player categories and make any changes based on the amount of entries in each category and in the best interests of the Tournament.

Players guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.

Tournament Guidelines (please review):

• All participants must be ready to play and in the gymnasium 15 minutes prior to their start times.
• Any team who is not present at their start time risks being forfeited from that game.
• Be respectful to the teams playing, no coaching or line calls from the sidelines.
• One outdoor court will be available for warm ups prior to the tournament.
• Games will adhere to a Round Robin format.  A 20 minute maximum time will be allotted for all Round Robin games.
• All games will be played until a team reaches 11 points. First to 11, not win by 2.
• All Playoff games played to 11, win by 2.
• All line calls to be undisputed and made by the team on the side the ball landed.
• Fair play at all times, no disputes – if a call is undecided, ball is in.
• No spectators allowed without the approval of the Tournament Coordinator.
