Progressive Swim Lessons
These lessons are for our intermediate and advanced level swimmers. In these classes, swimmers will refine their swimming abilities, continue to learn new strokes and work on their endurance.

Fish
For ages 6-12 years
This class is for those swimmers who have completed Minnow or are able to swim 50 meters of freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke. This class continues stroke development and endurance. Breaststroke and the kick and body positioning for butterfly are introduced.
Goals: Swim 100 meters freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke as well as 25 meters of breaststroke.

Flying Fish
For ages 6-12 years
This class is for swimmers who have completed fish or can swim 100 meters freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke as well as 25 meters of breaststroke. This class introduces butterfly and continues to refine technique.
Goals: Butterfly for 25 meters and breaststroke for 50 meters. Additional goals include the ability to swim 150 meters of freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke.

Guppy
For ages 6-12 years
This group is for swimmers who have completed Polliwog II or are able to swim 25 meters of freestyle with rotary breathing. This class works on endurance was well as technique for freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke.
Goals: Swim 25 meters of freestyle with rotary breathing and 100 meters or mixed stroke.

Minnow
For ages 6-12 years
This level is for those swimmers who have completed guppy or are able to swim 25 meters of freestyle with rotary breathing and 100 meters of mixed stroke. In this class we continue working on endurance as well as stroke refinement in freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke. Breaststroke kick is introduced in this class.
Goals: Swim 50 meters of freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke.

Stroke Clinic
For ages 6-13
This level is for those who have completed flying fish or are proficient in all four racing strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly). Participants work in this class to continue to refine all racing strokes as well as develop endurance.
