Winter Specialty Swim Clinics

Master two of swimming’s most challenging strokes in this focused specialty clinic! Swimmers will work on body position, timing, and coordination to develop strong, efficient breaststroke and butterfly technique. Instruction will emphasize proper form and stroke mechanics to help participants build confidence and improve performance in the water.

This clinic is ideal for swimmers who are new to breaststroke or butterfly as well as those looking to refine their technique for a competitive edge.

Eligibility: Swimmers who participated in Minnow, Fish/Flying Fish, or Stroke Clinic during the Fall 2025 session are eligible. New participants must complete a swim evaluation prior to registration.

Build confidence and improve your dive with this hands-on specialty clinic! Swimmers will learn the fundamentals of safe and effective diving, focusing on body position, control, and entry technique. Instruction will include dives from both the poolside and the starting blocks, helping participants progress toward more advanced, competition-style racing starts.

This clinic is perfect for swimmers who are new to diving or looking to refine their technique for stronger, more confident starts.

Eligibility: Swimmers who participated in Rays/Starfish, Polliwog 2, Guppy, Minnow, Fish/Flying Fish, or Stroke Clinic during the Fall 2025 session are eligible. New participants must complete a swim evaluation prior to registration.

Fine-tune your freestyle and backstroke skills in this focused technique clinic! Swimmers will work on stroke mechanics, body position, and efficiency through targeted drills and guided practice. In addition to refining form, participants will also build endurance to strengthen their overall performance.

This clinic is ideal for intermediate and advanced swimmers who are ready to take their skills to the next level.
