Winter Specialty Swim Clinics

This clinic will focus on the fundamentals and technique of breaststroke and butterfly. This clinic is perfect for both swimmers who are new to breaststroke/butterfly as well as those who already know the fundamentals of these strokes. Our teaching staff will focus primarily on technique, giving students an extra edge;  whether they are looking to discover the strokes or are looking for additional refinement.

This clinic will focus on the fundamentals of diving and work on having the swimmer gain confidence both in diving off the block and on the side. This is perfect for those swimmers who are struggling to learn the art of diving as well as those looking for an introduction into competitive racing starts.  Our instructors will focus on proper technique to help build into more technical diving skills.

This clinic is geared towards those swimmers that would like to focus on proper technique for freestyle and backstroke. This clinic while primarily working on stroke refinement, will also include endurance work. This clinic is perfect for both intermediate and advanced swimmers. Our instructor will introduce stroke drills that work on stroke refinement as well as guiding participants for technical growth.

This clinic is for swimmers who have never swam competitively and are looking to discover what the sport is all about.  Swimmers will learn the lingo used in practices as well as practice etiquette.  Our staff will work with swimmers to learn how to race and all that is involved in a competitive swim meet.  Come discover what the sport is all about!
